A Church is only as healthy as its leadership!   And as a Baptist community, FBC emphasizes the role of the Congregation in maintaining the various missions of the Church!

Our Pastor provides spiritual direction and Biblical focus, thus enabling our Members to serve on a variety of Commissions, each of which oversees a particular aspect of our church life!  

Meanwhile, the church's Cabinet, comprised of representatives from each Commission, meets on a monthly basis in order to oversee the shared activities of the congregation, maintain communication, and oversee  the general welfare of FBC.

*Our Deacons assist the Pastor in nurturing the spiritual ecology of our church family.   The Deacons provide guidance and support in the areas of worship and membership care.

*Our Missions Commission plans ways for the church to reach out to others in the Flemington community, the state, the nation, and around the world.

*Our Trustees are the chief stewards of the church's facilities and financial resources.

*Our Catechists oversee all the Educational Programs of our Church, including our Sunday School programs.
